With state-of-the-art equipment and a welcoming environment, it's the perfect place to get in shape, stay active, and enjoy your workout routine. Rental Rates

The fitness area and walking track are included with all monthly and yearly memberships. Non-members can also enjoy access with a day pass.​

Derek Flail is an experienced athletic performance coach with nearly 20 years of experience training thousands of athletes, ranging from 6-year-olds to collegiate and  professional athletes.

Derek specializes in speed, quickness, agility, strength, power, mobility, and explosiveness, and overall functional fitness, helping young athletes develop the physical skills they need to move better, play harder, and stay healthy. His training philosophy is simple: train like you play—building athletic ability that directly transfers to real game situations.

With a strong focus on youth athlete development, Derek emphasizes proper movement mechanics, age-appropriate strength training, coordination, and injury prevention. Just as important, his programs are designed to build confidence, discipline, and a strong work ethic, giving young athletes the tools they need to succeed both on and off the field.

Parents can trust that Derek’s approach prioritizes safety, long-term development, and fun, while creating a structured environment where athletes of all sports and skill levels can grow, improve, and gain confidence in their abilities.
