Our fitness area at the Plex is designed to help you reach your health and wellness goals. With state-of-the-art equipment and a welcoming environment, it's the perfect place to get in shape, stay active, and enjoy your workout routine. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our facility has everything you need to elevate your fitness journey.

Rental Rates

The fitness area and walking track are included with all monthly and yearly memberships. Non-members can also enjoy access with a day pass.​

Cardio Kickboxing

High intensity calorie burning workout that involves fast past cardio moves with kickboxing
