Our Coaches

Toby Goida
Baseball
Meet the Head Coach of the Coaldale Tigers — the owner/operator and head baseball coach who also serves as a Little League coach in Franklin Township. With 9 years of experience coaching youth baseball, he has led teams ranging from T-Ball to 16U travel ball, and everything in between.
In addition to his own programs, he has also contributed his expertise to a local high school team as a hitting and fielding instructor, stepping in when requested. He has hosted numerous clinics and provided individual instruction, always striving to make meaningful connections with every player he meets.
His coaching philosophy centers around improving skills, fostering a love for the game, and challenging players’ understanding of baseball. Under the influence of former Coach Lee Bauder, the Coaldale Tigers embrace the “4 C’s” approach:
-
Consistent Effort
-
Consistent Focus
-
Consistent Body Language
-
Leading to Consistent Confidence
This philosophy reinforces the importance of "controlling the controllables," a core principle he instills in every athlete he coaches.
